In 2020, XELLZ B.V., a Dutch Project Logistics Management & Consultancy company, through its Irish entity, XELLZ Ireland Ltd acquired 300,000sqm of land adjacent to Rosslare Europort with a view to establishing an offshore wind supply base. The company is also at the centre of plans for a Europort Business Park (EBP) which is to become the National Hub for businesses related to Offshore Wind and Renewable Energy in general for training and know how, and for small to medium enterprises (SME) to service maintenance, operational and repair services to the industry.

The company that shall manage the overall Business Park is 24shore SBS Ltd which is an Irish company belonging to the XELLZ Group of companies. 24shore is for rendering services, directly and indirectly, related to the renewable energy industry. 24shore SBS Ltd shall have office at the EBP facilities when completed and besides managing the business park property management, they will also be in charge of the Freezone Management.
